We hope you love shopping with Strangers Coffee. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.


STANDARD SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WEIGHT: < 499g £3 delivery charge.

WEIGHT: > 499g £3.50 delivery charge.

OVER £35 shipping is free and will be sent either Royal Mail 48h* Tracked or Parcel Force 24h Tracked and Signed depending on weight.
Orders under £35 where a shipping fee is charged, parcels will be shipped Royal Mail 48h* Tracked as standard.

We use Royal Mail for orders under 2 kilograms

If you require a quicker delivery service we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24* at additional cost, please select it during the checkout process.

Tracked 24 prices per parcel: £4.50

*Please note Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day and Tracked 48 within two to three working days after they have received our parcels, however, these are estimated time frames and not guaranteed. Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes, however, during peak times both Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 the service may slow down.

Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch.


Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling.

Deliveries under 4kg will be delivered Monday through to Saturday excluding bank holidays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 06.00 am GMT. Orders placed with Strangers Coffee after 06.00am GMT will attempted to be processed the same day however may be processed the following day, or the following Monday if the order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If there is a Bank Holiday the order will be processed the next working day. None of this is guaranteed, Strangers Coffee Company can not be held responsible for operational issues and delays.

We roast a minimum of 3 times a week, all coffee orders placed online will be fulfilled with the latest roasted batch of that coffee.

We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom unless an arrangement has been made to accommodate additional international shipping costs. Prices vary depending on the country and the offer of free postage over £35 is no longer valid.


RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your Strangers Coffee order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us, we will be happy to help.

Exchanges and refunds
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days for exchange or refund. Items must be in original un-opened packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. Items must be delivered back to Strangers Coffee Company, 10 Dove Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1DE. 

We recommend all parcels being sent back to us are fully insured with proof of delivery. Strangers Coffee Company will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 
All shipping back to Strangers Coffee Company is paid for by the customers. We are unable to refund you any shipping costs.

If the wrong address has been entered by the customer during the checkout process, any re-delivery fees with be at the cost to the customer.

Any products returned found not to be defective and tampered with by the customer will not be replaced and returned at the cost of the customer. 

For reasons of hygiene, refunds and exchanges are not available for used products. This doesn't apply to faulty goods, any faulty products will be exchanged.

We try to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly and in pristine condition, please check your products on delivery. If you are not happy with the products in their condition please get in contact so we can exchange or refund the item(s).

1st class post aims to deliver within 1 working day. This is not a guarantee. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch.
