This was the first blend we created at the roastery, although never officially released, it’s a blend that we keep going back to due to the complexity of flavours each coffees bring to the mix. It’s a blend of two Ethiopian coffees grown at high altitude and combines two different processes into one blend, one washed and one natural. If you’re a fan of our Ethiopian coffees, this is a must try!
